Does installing monitoring agents affect system performance? No. Monitoring agents are extremely lightweight and consume minimal resources—typically less than 1% of CPU and memory. Users do not notice any difference in performance.

Do I receive alerts directly, or only through DataRoad? Depending on the configuration, we can also send alerts to the client’s IT manager or senior management—to ensure complete transparency regarding the status of the systems. By default, alerts are managed by the DataRoad team, which takes immediate action without requiring any intervention from the client.
